Connecting to Life
With so much going on in the world today it is easy to get disconnected from our purpose in life. We start to worry more about things we cannot control because all of a sudden, these things have the possibility of affecting everything we do. While we still are in no position to determine outcomes of situations unfolding before us, the effects they have on us have the potential to become more paralyzing as we wrestle to establish a sense of calm and normalcy. One simple thing that can be done to help us in uncertain times, is to remember to breathe. The very act of recognizing the flow of breath through our body connects us instantly to the here and now; it connects us to life at this moment. So, even in chaotic, uncertain times, take the time to connect to yourself & ultimately your purpose, through breath!
